This is a well made and sturdy training aid. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve multiple facets of the game (swing plane, putting, alignment). Incorrect swings will not damage clubs or the swing alignment sticks. Having an alignment stick with the metal plate greatly helps the sturdiness of the device for use on turf or mats. I have begun using regularly as part of my practice routine on the range.
The product seems very well made - using the alignment sticks is simple and effective. It allows for multiple drills and areas of practice. The putting gate is a nice feature. Overall it definitely allows you to practice all aspects of the game.
I snagged this for my high schooler who is in his first season of high school golf. He has a few things to work on with his swing and this trainer gives him the set up he needs for practice. It is well made. It will definitely stand up to the abuse a teenager will put it through as he perfects his swing. And when I like that it will not cause damage to his clubs or wedges when he hits one of the foam covered sticks. it is nice that BirdieWorks put a QR code right on the steel plate so he is able to scan it and look up what drill he needs to fix what he is struggling with versus having to thumb through a pamphlet that would inevitably get lost. This is not our first item from BirdieWorks and won't be our last. They make good stuff! It is priced accordingly but well worth it! Well Done BirdieWorks. Thank you!
Impact pro is sweet, I use the shallowing drill and the inside swing most often and it helps a ton. It’s light enough that I have forgotten to take it out of my bag before I walk 18 a few times. Easy to carry in the bag, no complex setup mechanisms and it’s sturdy.
